Notes for CR meeting #9

Principle 2: 
     Ernestly believe that God exists, that I matter to Him, that He has the power for me to recover.  
"Happy are those who mourn, for they will be comforted" - St. Matthew 5:5

Step 2:
We came to believe that a power greater than ourselves could restore us to sanity.  
"For it is God who wills and acts in everything according to His good purpose".- Philippians 2:13

Hope To Change:
"For everything comes from God alone. Everyone lives in His power". - Romans 11:36

Openness To Change:
"Your thoughts are constantly changing for the better" - Ephesians 4:23

Power To Change:
"I can do everything God has put into me with the help of Christ" Philippians 1:19

I know that I have a problem.  I am suffering from depression, anxiety and anger.  I have been charged with 12 charges last fall and winter.  Sure, I have hope, but I am afraid that somewhere down the road the hope will run out, like it has for me last December 18.  

Trip to theb hospital

On Wednesday, February 13, I took the bus to the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital because I was depressed and thinking of harming myaelf, and, I was not taking my medications.  I was released at 1900.  I did go back for chest pain related to a workout from Monday, February 11, 2013, I came home at 0900 on Thursday, February 14, 2013.
