Running Clinic #3

On May 29th, I will attend Running Clinic #3.  They will do a four kilometre box around the Oakville YMCA.  My goal race is the 2013 Law Enforcement Torch Run in Oakville on Thursday, June 6, 2013.

On May 18th, I  couldn't go to class #2 because I had a funeral to go to a St. Paul's United Church.  

     They did the Pinegrove Pox (3.5 kilometres)  Left on Rebecca Street, right on Fourth Line, left on Patricia Drive, left on Southview Road, leading back to the Y.

Running Clinic #1

On May 11th, 2013, I went to my first session of the running clinic.  I did a three kilometre box going right down Rebecca Street, righ down Christina Drive, left on Morden Road, right on Rebecca Street, left on Dorval Drive, left on Mary Street, left on Southview Road to Rebecca Street, leading back to the parking lot of the Oakville. YMCA.

The theme for the evening was Lesson Four: "Sanity".  

     The teaching reminds us Christians that we have a higher power, in Jesus Christ our Lord, that we can confront our weaknesses.

Notes for CR meeting #9

Principle 2: 
     Ernestly believe that God exists, that I matter to Him, that He has the power for me to recover.  
"Happy are those who mourn, for they will be comforted" - St. Matthew 5:5

Step 2:
We came to believe that a power greater than ourselves could restore us to sanity.  
"For it is God who wills and acts in everything according to His good purpose".- Philippians 2:13

Hope To Change:
"For everything comes from God alone. Everyone lives in His power". - Romans 11:36

Openness To Change:
"Your thoughts are constantly changing for the better" - Ephesians 4:23

Power To Change:
"I can do everything God has put into me with the help of Christ" Philippians 1:19

I know that I have a problem.  I am suffering from depression, anxiety and anger.  I have been charged with 12 charges last fall and winter.  Sure, I have hope, but I am afraid that somewhere down the road the hope will run out, like it has for me last December 18.  

Trip to theb hospital

On Wednesday, February 13, I took the bus to the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital because I was depressed and thinking of harming myaelf, and, I was not taking my medications.  I was released at 1900.  I did go back for chest pain related to a workout from Monday, February 11, 2013, I came home at 0900 on Thursday, February 14, 2013.

     Last night at Celebrate Recovery, I heard of a great testimony from one of the members of the Burlington group,

Hearing adjourned till February

       This morning, I went to my court hearing at the Milton Courthouse at 491 Steeles Avenue East in Milton, Ontario,.  

     The case was adjourned until Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at 0900 at the above mentioned address in courtroom #9 on level 2.

Here is what has happened to me since my last post:

     I move from 721 Woolwich Street, Room 23, Gue;[h, ON N1H 3/z2 to 402 Third Line, Oakville, ON L6L 4A5 Canada.  

Friday 2012.09.28:

     I am arrested on the following charges:: uttering death threat x3, use of an offensive weapon x5, injury of a peace officer and breach of an existing probation order.  I was released on my own recognizance on October 03, 2012.  

2012.10,10-2012.12.17:

     Duromg this two month [eriod, I had to report to the John Howard Society first in person at the Salvation Church in Oakville and then via telephone from the courthouses in Milton.  http://www.johnhowardhpd.ca/  

2012.12.18-2013.01.10:

     I was arrested again on two additional charges: breach of probation and uttering death threats.  I was released this day at three p'clock,  Ny bwzt ciyrt date is Tuesday, 15 January 2013 at -0-- at the courthouse in Milton, Ontario.
