Trip to the hospital

On Thursday, October 1st, 2009, I had experienced chest pains while walking up the driveway of my church for choir practice. I stayed for chpor and it got worse so and ambulance was called and I went to Guelph General Hospital. I arrived there around 9:00p.m.

I waited there for three and a half hours until an EKG was done and then I decided to go home without being seen by the doctor. I believe the system is broken.

Thank God I have an appointment with Dr. Helyar tomorrow afternoon.

I met with Kathy Cooney on Thursday, September 10th/ We went to Price Choppers on Speedvale, then went to Tim Hortons to get coffee and went to Riverside Park, then wen went and checked out the food bank on Crimea and the library on Norfolk

Depression-24 July

On Tuesday, July 21st, I had an argument with my parents. I decided after the argument was to leave. I got on the 1:40 bus from Huntsville to Toronto. In Toronto at 5:45p.m. I went up to the ticket seller saying that I was in a mental health crisis. I called Robert abd the Toronto Police came to the terminal and took me to the CAMH facility at 250 College Street. I stayed there for two days. I was released yesterday at 3:00p.m. I took the bus from Toronto to Guelph, which arrived in downtown Guelph at 5:15p.m.

Depression

Today, I am feeling another round of depression, so I called Trellis and spoke to Lisa Dickenson, who is a crisis worker. Dr. Badeaux is booking into September 2009.

I also called Dr. Helyer's office on Westmount Road and booked an appointment for Thursday, May 14th, 2009 at 15:20.

Depression

Last night, I went to the emergency room at Guelph General Hospital www.guelphgeneralhospital.com/ saying I was going to kill myself. I arrived there at 11:30p.m., got registered and went to the quiet room. I saw Dr. Chang and then I saw a nurse from Homewood Health Centre http://www.homewood,org/ I got out of there at 1:00 this morning. I still feel as bad as I did last night. I will be seeing Dr. Badeaux at Trellis Mental health http://www.trellis.on.ca/ at 2:30 thiis afternoon.

Going in to Hospital

Today is the big day! i go to Regional Mental HealthCentre London for a month. Even though it will be boring there, I will get the help I need to get back to living life again.

Depression

Yesterday. I went to the Guelph General Hospital for help for my depression. I saw Dr. Chang at 12:30 p.m. and after that, I did not see anyone else since. So, at 5:15p.m. I got up, put on my coat and hat and mits and walked out the emergency room doors.

Today is the big day! This afternoon, I get to see Dr. Jay Rao in Oakville in hopes to end the depression. This depression has been going on for one month and I want it to be over so I can begin to live life again and to concentrate on school starting on 4/13.

Going to Dunara

Today is the big day! I go to Dunara House once more but for a weekend stay. This I think will get me on the right track and back doing what I love.

Depression

Ever since February 4th, 2009, I have been depressed. I have been to the Guelph General Hospital eight times. Last night, I had to leave without treatment after waiting seven hours in the emergency waiting room. I think that our system is broken.
